This place is simply awesome. The food is 5 star, the drinks are good, the staff are what makes it the best. It's expensive, but... completely worth it! Read more

I picked this restaurant for my birthday dinner and was not disappointed! I went for their November wine pairing dinner and it... was truly an experience. First, I really have to give a shout out to the staff. They are SO attentive and knowledgeable, theyseriously made the night. We were serviced by no less than 3 people, all who stopped to chat for a little bit, and whoconstantly asked if we needed anything. The food itself was, of course, delightful. We had a 5 course dinner with wine pairingsfor $115. Based on the quality of food, wine, and service, I would say this is a fair price. The portion sizes, though they looksmall, are deceivingly filling. I could not finish most of my 4th and 5th courses (yes even dessert!). Every time we were servedmeat, especially the fish, it was cooked perfectly! I was delighted by dishes I thought I wouldn't like that ended up being myfavorite. The 2nd course was a foie gras galette and it was the star of the show! The foie gras was a tiny amount on top of thegalette which was perfect to add richness to the galette. The galette itself was expertly made, it melted like butter in mymouth. It was my first time having foie gras and I was a little put off by it on the menu but this ended up being my favoritedish. The wines paired with this dinner were also very good. The last one, a honeyed Gewurztraminer was my favorite! However, all the wines were good quality and deserved to be on the table with the food. Overall, I had a great dinner here. With tip andfor two people our bill ended up being about $300 but you get what you pay for. We even had a few leftovers to bring. We neverfelt rushed, our food was delicious, the wait staff were attentive, our glasses were never empty, and the drinks were highquality. I will absolutely be coming here again! Read more

Took my mother and family friends to dinner for my mother's 79th birthday. First time id eaten there. Lived up to the... expectations. Normally when I dine out by the time I get the bill more often than not I think I could have done just as wellcooking meal myself. The old adage you get what you pay for rings true more often than not. Dinner for 6 including everyonehaving an appetizer amd desert the bill was actually less than I expected. The food was great our server Tia was exceptional andknowledgeable of the menu items. Checked on us frequently in a packed house. I ordered based off her recommendation against whatI normally would have was not disappointed. The atmosphere was great. It was a fantastic dining experience that my motherespecially cherished at the end of the evening, that made it all worthwhile. I look forward to taking her back for her 80th.Given the option of LaSalle Grill over Ruth Cris I give LaSalle Grill the nod. Buy local shop local support your local communitybusiness. Thank you to the staff and all the personnel for a wonderful evening!!! Read more

Enjoyable meal. Husband and I really love the Octopus, crab and oysters. We found the liver pate to be a bit strong and would... probably pass on that in the future. The drinks were good though not terribly strong. Read more

Service was good. Food was a little disappointing. Under seasoned risotto, bland salad. Chicken breast was juicy and flavorful.... Pistachio grouper was good. Nice place, food quality doesn’t match price. Best if you want good service and atmosphere Read more

Today was supposed to be my birthday dinner and we decided to go to La Salle grill for a nice meal, BIG MISTAKE. The food was... cold, the filet was way undercooked and the salmon was greatly undercooked. The main courses were more like eating steaktartare and sushi than a nice filet and a nice piece of salmon. See attached pictures. The filet was supposed to be preparedmedium to well done. The service was average…..at best. When the filet arrived at our table, a young/inexperienced runnerleft the food without even inquiring if the preparation was correct. We have visited many great restaurants around the countryand this was among the worst in this category. Cold food, undercooked salmon and beef and inattentive service guarantees wewill NEVER return to this establishment. Our home is in Dallas and it is unlikely the La Salle grill would survive for 90 daysbefore market forces would shut it down. To cap it off, the price on the bill was higher than the menu price. Do yourself afavor…..go somewhere else for a special meal. I strongly recommend you don’t waste $200 on a dinner at La Salle. You cando better at a Chili’s Read more
