My son and I got a bunch of fish and chicken and stuff there last week and it was really good. The people were super nice and... the food was fried up just right. Very crispy but not over cooked. Every time we come here they are rude. Window says come inside for pick up order but all of the doors are locked. Second time we... came and the lobby wasn?t open. We pull up to the drive through order screen and are greater with a ?there is at least a 20-30minute wait? instead of a hello or welcome. We state that we have a pick up order and are told it?s going to be another 12-15minutes. We waited for 45 minutes for our order to be prepared. We would have just left but the order is already paid for! Forthe price, long wait, and tiny portions, we should have gone to a sit down restaurant. The guy who brought us our order didapologize. I know staffing is rough and the company should do something to combat that! Read more
Great staff & customer service. This was a true LJS with ample Seafood options. I had to wait quite a while, but the food was... cooked fresh. The order was accurate & delicious. Condiments included. Staff did not include eating utensils. Read more
Great place to eat . Has been a neighborhood staple for many years. Currently it?s still a favorite spot. The crew is awesome... and management runs a good shop. Ms Leah the manager is very good at all aspects of managing and works hard. Recommend a visitanytime to this restaurant. Read more
We love Long John Silver. Ordered 8 piece fish and 8 love piece chicken. No sides. Drive up to window $35 plus dollars.... Thought it was a mistake. Thought I was charged a meal. Guy said no. This is very expensive! Purchased anyway. Couldn'tbelieve price. ???? Read more
Delicious food, clean restaurant, and friendly staff, but the quality of the food can vary pretty dramatically at times. I... often order the 3-piece chicken meal with double fries instead of cole-slaw, which I'm not a fan of. There are times when thechicken is very large, to the point I cannot finish all three, and other times when the chicken is barely bigger than a chickennugget, and and I'm left still hungry after finishing the meal. They will SOMETIMES throw in an extra piece of small chicken ifthey're all on the small side, but even this act is inconsistent. Even the portion of the fries can vary from order to order; Iguess just whatever a "handful" is to the person preparing the order. The size of the fish is a bit morenormal. Never-the-less, the food is delicious, but the portions vary too much to score this any higher. Especially with mealscosting upwards for $7-8, which can make getting the nugget-sized chicken laughably frustrating. I'm not sure if these issuesare down to this particular location, as I do not frequent other locations enough to fairly compare, but do be careful and notafraid to ask for an extra piece or extra fries if you're not satisfied with the portion sizes. Just be courteous, as it's notknow if these actions are at the instruction of corporate, and these workers are just doing as they are told. Read more
