The food was fine. The line was ridiculously slow. The girl taking my order was incompetent or deaf...maybe both. Also when I... got to the window I asked if the ketchup I asked for was in the bag. She mean mugged me and shrugged her shoulders. I looked. Noketchup. I then proceeded to ask if I could have some and she looked really annoyed and asked "you want some?" I said yesplease. Again with a really dirty look. Walked away for a couple mins, came back with like 5 ketchup packets for 3 meals. I saidthank you and she just replied AGAIN with a nasty look on her face and said nothing. This is the kind of service that makes menever want to go back to a place. Read more
Here's what they think about you ! It was all because the greeter took forever to say may I take your order! I replied you ready... !! A small fry and two double cheeseburger later ????????.. Horrible!!!! Took forever then they gave us the wrong order then when they brought the right one we were missing a fry and then... get home and realize the fry they did give us was a medium and not the large we ordered. Absolutely one of the worst McDonald'sI have ever been too. Read more
My son loves hash browns. So on my way to drop him off to school we frequent this McDonalds. They are exceptionally fast. The... customer service is the best of all the McDonalds in the area. There can be 10 cars in line and you have a short wait. Weappreciate this! Hats off to your excellent customer service. These days it is rare. Read more

Our order the last 4 times has been wrong. Once, I went through the drive thru, they parked me, cleared my order from their... screen and forgot about me. I had to call to get my food. Tonight, we waited 15 minutes in Curbside and had to call to get ourfood. Read more
I have always given the McDonald's on Ironwood in South Bend great reviews. The employees are on top of their game. So many... times they are short staffed, as many don't take their jobs seriously. I love seeing the fire inside the few workers who deservea huge shoot out!!!! Read more
