Horrible drive-tru experience. I ordered a large #5 and a medium Mcrib meal, i had to repeat the order a few times for some... reason. They have me pull forward and after a 20 min wait I get a bag with just a box of nuggets and a Mcrib. No fries and only1 drink. They said I wasn't rang up for the meals so I then I had to buy the fries separately. At the pay window there were kidsdancing in the room and just talking so it wasn't a surprise that the lady taking orders was distracted and getting thingswrong. Read more
You can't beat McDonald's prices, it is pretty cheap. It is surprising that McDonald's has not include any vegetarian option in... their menu, the only option is the fries... No many people eating in the restaurant on Saturday night, although the drivethrough was full. Read more
I don't eat McDonald's but my daughter do. She ordered a medium chicken sandwich meal with an orange hi-c. When I drove up to... receive the food the girl had a small drink, I told her a medium, she closed the window and POURED the small hi-c drink into amedium cup (ummm gross). I told her I won't accept the drink and to make a fresh one. She paused for a sec after she told me shejust made (don't care) it, got mad and aggressively closed the window. I know she was bad mouthing me but ??????? whocares...MA'AM YOU CANNOT DO THAT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS!! Instead of getting angry with her I just smiled in her face???? anddrove off. Waited 20 min or more for small order of fries. Sent to front to wait, Finally called. They said to come thru again to get... them. After getting them I called that location & asked for mngr. Got her & asked for corporate offices. She said privatelyowned & she didn't see my French fries on order. I was looking right at my order #, gave it to her & she still didn't say sorryor give a coupon or another order for my wait. YES I WAS MAD & WAS USING CURSE ???? WORDS BUT THERE WAS NO CONSIDERATION FOR MEAS A CUSTOMER.!! I urge people to take consideration before going to this Miami rd. McDonald's!!! This used to be my go to McDonald's but within the past few weeks they have been horrible wait time for mobile orders like on... Friday we waited 20 minutes for our order then when they brought it out the food was on the barely warm side and then they hadto go back in for our drinks and when they brought my frappe out it was melted. Today they forgot our drinks and gave me honeymustard instead of just honey. I will be finding another go to McDonald's that pays attention to orders Read more
This location has always been good to me, of course over the past 20+ years I've been going here I've dealt with alot of... different employees. You have your grumpy, tired, lazy, energetic, kind, talkative, respectful employees. But to me I try not tocomplain because it makes thing worse and they are dealing with my food. If you are looking for the best employees to serve youat your feet like a king then McDonald's is not the place for you. Look at me just ranting now, let me get to the point, goodlocation, somedays great food for fast food, some days I regret it but overall I would say if your hungry for great fries and 1dollar drinks this place is for you. Be it Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner if you don't want to cook or just a long day then McDonald's is the place to stop at real... quick. The drive thru can be busy at times but they're pretty good at getting everyone taken care of. Especially if you've gotkids then you'll know just want I mean. Read more
