Came in and got in line stood for almost 5 minutes. The cashier was standing there, chewing gum and never asked me if she could... take my order! Notices someone ordering from. A kiosk, and I asked if this was how I had to place my order. She said no, I cantake your order, I said I was wondering because you were just standing there! Got my order, for once the fries were fresh andpiping hot! I stopped coming to this McD's because fries were never hot. Read more

It's quite good for on the go and this particular location has decent quality. They are short on staff at the time of this post... so be forgiving on speed. Unless you're on a time crunch stop by or order ahead via the app! Read more
Tried to go inside since we had a screaming infant in the car. Doors were locked so we walked around to the other side and was... also locked with no sign or anything. I got the staffs attention and the waved me off. At least a sing on the door would havebeen nice. Read more
Waited in drive-thru after paying for two simple value meals for 15 minutes...and that was after being met with ten minutes of... silence after the employee said she'd be right back when placing my order. They then told me, as well as everyone else, to parkin the parking lot and they would bring the food out to us. However, all of the parking spaces were taken with other customersthat were waiting for thier food. Eventually an employee wandered out with multiple meals asking everyone what we had ordered. Also, the lady at drive-thru was just plain rude. She did not say hello or thank you eventhough I as the customer did both. Whatever happened to the days when people ordered fast food and picked it up promptly at the same window instead of waitingsomewhere in the parking lot to have someone eventually bring it out? It would be a miracle to go to any McDonald's nowadaysand actually have the order go smoothly. Read more
The girl with a rag on her head didn?t say a word when handing me the food and gave me a disgusting look like I was the devil!... Ugliest look a may have ever gotten simply for smiling and saying thank you. What a miserable person! Remember customers payyour salary so learn some customer service please! To be honest I?m quite shocked that this McDonald?s had a 3.3 star review. That fact that anyone would ever leave more than a 1... is truly mind blowing. The amount of times that I have gotten orders completely wrong is unreal! Good Read more
In house dining was closed at 7p. Line was backed up. Associates were dancing instead of tending to the drive through.
