Staff was polite and food was delicious and arrived quickly. This was my first time experiencing ramen and takoyaki and it was a... wonderful experience. Went here with my father who's never really tried Japanese food outside of snacks. He enjoyed theexperience himself and even managed to try boba. I was eager to try this place based on the reviews because everyone spoke so highly about it. However, this place was not it. It... is better than a lot of places in the area but being from the Chicago area originally, this ramen just ain?t it. I?ve triedover 100+ and I?d give this a good C-. The broth taste is so off I can?t really put my finger on it. It?s definitely has apungent flavor but it has an off-putting after taste. Almost like very old pork. The presentation is nice tho. The rice bowlthat I had did have flavor but was so dry you eventually can?t eat it after the 3rd bite.The boba tea is okay. It has a veryloud artificial taste as well. The bao buns was very very dry and flavorless as well. However, a lot of the places in South Benddoesn?t really HIT the flavor palate well. But I will say this place is much better than a lot of places here but stillmediocre at best. Secondly, the service is not that great either and the hostesses come off a bit rude and a bit mean. I wasuncomfortable asking for things due to their rude behavior. REPLY*****As a business owner, the first rule is integrity! Youlied about three times in your response to me. When I came in I brought with me for my nephew and son burgers from waka dogwhich they originally wanted. My husband mixed up their order at your establishment which got my toddler terribly upset whichwould make any toddler mad! I quickly tried to handle it without him blowing it out of portion. I didn?t scold or berate him, Itried to quiet him immediately before interrupting other peoples meal! Secondly, the extra order was for my nephew who realizedafter eating waka dog he wanted ramen too so he had my husband order him ONE. NO ONE finished their meal but you did give usTHREE to go boxes because no one liked it and we didn?t want to throw it all away in front of you guys since you were starringus down the whole time! This place just recently opened and overall a good experience. We had the spring rolls, chicken ramen and the pork ramen. All... of the food dishes were good. As for the service...slow. Absolutely fantastic!!!! Our group of four tried every flavor of ramen available during the soft opening. Each one had a... wonderful flavor profile!!! Presentation was on point!! I'm so happy this place finally opened. I have to say the wait was definitely worth it. The staff is very friendly and... welcoming. Do you know if you come here you order at the counter first before you sit down. They currently don't have anyservers. Granted the place is small enough to where they don't need it. As for the food, the ramen is absolutely delicious. Alsohad the spring rolls which I highly suggest you get. I didn't notice that they had boba tea until I was getting ready to leave.So, I will be coming back to try that as well. Read more

We quite like this new place , don?t know why this is closed ! Their chicken rice bowl was great , I also tried chicken katsudon... but I didn?t find that much interesting. They served quick with smiling face . I hope they will come back soon . Read more
