Love the pizza, I do not like calling a support center when trying to order. I was on a call for over 20 minutes with a girl I... could barely understand then after going over my order 15 times, she told me the store that delivered to me was closed. Pizza was great and made in a timely manner.
A few nights ago, I put in a delivery order through the app at 3 pm to be delivered at 6 pm. At the time, everything was good,... there were no issues. 6 pm came around, and there was still no pizza. So I opened the app to see if I maybe set it for the wrongtime, but it kept saying that it couldn't find my location or something, so I assumed the app was broken. So I went to thewebsite and logged in, to see that there was apparently no location close enough to deliver. This would've been fine, exceptthey already took the money from my account. So, from 6:15 to approx. 6:30, I called the location a few times, and was on holdfor most of the time. I finally got through and talked to the manager, and explained the situation. She informed me that it wasjust then being sent out. So I hung up, and waited for my pizza. It finally arrived at 7 pm, an hour after I had set it to bedelivered. The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because my order still arrived hot, and tasted pretty decent. Read more
They?re short staffed like the rest of us and I get that, but there?s always something off about our order. This was the first... time I?ve had to call about the order cuz we got the wrong soda. They were out of the one we wanted but we never got a callasking if we wanted something else. My man loves Sierra Mist but I absolutely hate it. It?s not too big of a deal usually but itwas that time of month for me and I was really craving orange soda. We understand the Pepsi truck delays tho since we have thesame issue where I work (as well as the wing shortage), but please give us a call the next time. I normally have no problems with my pizza, but last night (New Years Eve) my driver apparently wasn't trained how to properly... carry a pizza. When she was delivering it to me she had the pizza bag pointed downward. When I opened the pizza boxes, thepizzas were smashed up agaisnt the side of the pizza box. Yes, after I straightened them back out, we could eat the pizza. Whichis why I did give 4 out of 5 stars. Also, we ended up not having to wait the whole hour and a half for our pizza, which wasgreat! I wish I could have changed my tip though, because a 25% tip should go to a driver who knows how to properly carry apizza! Read more
We ate the rest too quickly so far, but this is a GREAT Pizza Hut pizza. We ordered and it said 20-30 minutes. It was ready in... about 15 minutes MAX and we got it. People inside were very nice and they were slammed. Good Read more
