The person that took my order was nice and ordering it was a smooth process. The food was really good and got delivered to me on... time. It was all really good and I will be ordering from them again for sure! I don?t normally like pizza but their pizza waswell made and very delicious. I got thin crust of course. This is NOT the 1st time ordering here where my order was only dissatisfaction! But today I placed an online order. 1st off the... manager called me directly because the lemon pepper chicken flavor i ordered, they were out of. So i chose another flavorchicken (garlic parmesan) Then the delivery driver left my food outside on the porch (in the cold) & when I went to grab it, Inoticed my 8 piece chicken was NOT there. I call back &spoke to someone & explained I never even received my chicken (althoughim upset, it's not a surprise because I can't seem to receive a complete/accurate order) she apologized & said she was going tohave the driver bring them back to me... ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER... THIS IS WHAT THEY DELIVERED TO ME... which clearly is the SAMECHICKEN. JUST STTING GETTING SOGGY AND NASTY.. I mean this is pure ballsy of you all to do. Completely disgusting and I'lldrive across town before I ever order from this place again! #DoBetter #PizzaHut???????? Read more

Do not order delivery!! Apparently they use DoorDash instead of their own delivery drivers. What was suppose to be a 25-35... minute delivery time, turned into over 1 1/2 hours!! And to top it off, the pizza was Barely warm. Hungry kids and a waste ofmoney. Read more

I haven?t eaten at this pizza hut for eight months, however, I ordered a pizza today. Whoever the new crew is they?re Awesome!... The pizza and breadsticks remind you of years past when pizza hut was prideful with the orders. Hats off to the great staff!!8/29/2022 Read more

Ordered pizza at 7:45pm last night (5/7/2022), we were told it would be 30-40 minutes. At 9:15pm we called to see where are food... was and they said "oh it's been done we're just waiting for a driver from GrubHub." At 11:02pm the driver calls to ask where weare... At this point we had left to go elsewhere for food! I WILL NOT EXCEPT DELIVERY OF A 2+ HOURS OLD DINNER!!!!! The driverthen continued to cuss us out and we had to threaten calling police before he would leave us alone. This store has gone WAY downhill and continues to get worse by the minute! We've had issues the past 3 times we've tried to order and even after contactingcorporate we have NEVER GOTTEN CONTACTED once by a manager or owner! Read more

Seems low on staff but they definitely work hard for theyr customers. I showed up and I did have to wait a little longer for my... meal but I could see they had a steady flow of customers and delivery's coming in. All the while they were polite andprofessional. The pizza came out perfect. Read more

Oredered online, after 1 hour I called a lady put me on hold for 5 min. I hung up called back, she said it was going out the... door. 30 min. Later I call, voicemail saying there closed. I drive over and the guy said it should be there, my wife confirmedat this time it was 10 pm. He said we close at 9:00 and I said why did the lady answer at 9:20pm? He gave me a voucher for halfof what I payed and when I got home pizza was cold, hard, not well cut, the bread sticks looked raw not cut and got 5 chickenwings instead of the 6 ordered. TERRIBLE PLACE, never again. Shame on you Pizzahut on Western ave South Bend. Read more

We arrived here about 5:30pm to find the dining room was closed because there was only 1 gentleman to take orders and make the... food, another to deliver. Regardless, our pizza and breadsticks were perfectly baked! The crust was golden brown and still softcompared to other PH browning it more. They have sturdy paper plates upon request. We happily ate in the car after a very longday. I would go back because the food was so that delicious! Read more
