Terrible experience! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY WHATSOEVER! It will go through DoorDash and This Pizza Hut location will NOT confirm... the identification of the dasher picking up your food. My pizza was made with incorrect toppings even though the receipt had the correct toppings listed. I also paid for extra cheese... and it clearly didn't have extra cheese. Then I tried calling the store more than once and nobody would answer the phone. I hadto throw the pizza away and it was a waste of money. This isn't the first time that pizza hut has messed up my order and then Iwas unable to get ahold of anyone in the store. I think pizza hut is past their prime and it's time for me to find a differentpizza place. Read more
I love to order through the app, and pick up at location, only takes about 15 mins, which is about the time it takes to get... there... I've always had good success and I'd say it is my favorite pizza. Thanks guys Read more
Pizza Hut just LOST a customer! The second time something like this has happened over the last couple of months. I called to... place an order for pick up at the Portage Road Pizza Hut in South Bend. After 25 minutes I go to pick it up and my order wasn?teven placed. I felt bad for the lady working as she was the only one working and it wasn?t her fault. I order my food at 9:33 and here it is almost 11:30 and still no food and when I call they are closed they have taken the money... out of my bank for my food on the website it said only 50-60 wait till so that would be 10:30-10:45 to be delivered not happyand I?ll be calling them in the morning and addressing my issues with them this is not right to pay their prices and we don?tget the service they offer!! Apparently this burnt, dry pizza is acceptable to send out to customers. Their excuse was being short staffed, which made sense... why our pizza was 20 minutes late. But this burnt pizza is not acceptable, period. Customer service at the store isnt muchbetter either. Apparently they can't take the time to rectify the situation either. Will not be buying from this location again. Read more
Didn't deliver my whole order then when called in about it all I got was "oh my God hold on" then on hold over 10 mins. Then... told bout how busy they were and that I can either pick them up or get money back. I didn't get either one yet. Worst customercare. Read more
