The food here is amazing but the service is very slow even when its dead. While waiting for my food i saw 3 people pull up to... the drive thru and then drive away after 5 min of waiting with noone answering them. This has always been a throw back from my teenage years. the food is good but the service and location isn't. If your into... greasy burgers and azing fries this is your place. I went there recently but I wasn't driving, I went to the walk up and it waslocked. They no longer serve people without cars...... You've got to go through the drive through and if you don't have avehicle....... Well your out of luck. Read more

First time coming here and they didn't get my order correct. I told them NO mayo and they put mayo and lettuce on it, which... lettuce was NOT listed as something on the burger. I was very upset as it was 5:30pm and it was my first meal of the day afterdoing errands and it was ruined. The fires are good, but mixed in as the garlic parmesan loaded fries just weren't as good as Iexpected them to be, too much cheese and garlic. I was excited to try something new, but I will not be going back. Waste ofmoney to me, especially if they can't get the order right. I don't live close either, so it's not like I could just have themfix it easily and it's a condiment so I can't just take it off. They created a huge inconvenience and stress by not doing thejob the way they're supposed to do it. I now have to spend more money I don't have to waste like this, time I cant get back, andeffort I don't care to put that much into just to feed myself something else. Read more

The food is always hot and the people are super friendly. When you're nice and polite to people, they tend to mirror the same... attitude. Please and thank yous go a long way. Especially for those who deal in customer service. Read more

Took my family for lunch since I was the only one of us that had been there before. Even for me it had been several years since... I'd gone. The sandwiches I ordered were advertised as 2 for $4. They rang them up as regular individual priced items till Iasked. Store window atendantgave me a side-eyed look when I asked for mayo packets for the fries . The food was good. Horrible customer service, was told blue raspberry slushy has been gone for over a year ( even tho it?s still on menu &... website), but then the woman who calls herself ?the assistant? on 2cd shift said I was unable to get another flavor even thoughthe worker just told me he was going to make it, she had an attitude the whole entire time. The food was cold and disgusting,???????? burger was made sloppy will never go back again. 0/10. Read more

We went thru the drive thru and it was ok, not fast although 2 thumbs up for them because they had no already cooked burgers... that we ordered so we waited for fresh ones to be made. Pulled in because the website said they were opened until midnight, waited for about 2 minutes and saw shadows moving around,... but no one answered when i said hello.....its 10:45p.m.....and because I'm crazy, I wanted to see if someone was hiding and sureenough this man popped out from the back with a headset on.....I will be calling corporate.
