Just left the store about 15 minutes ago.. my other half and I ordered 33$ worth of food... we went inside and ordered... 30... minutes later and still waiting I called the store after we had asked for a refund due to us both having to work early andneither of us had eaten most fo the day. Computer was down so refund wasn't available. There were at least 4 other people in thedining room waiting for their food prior to us ordering ours and they still had not received theirs. Drive through was movingfine. TWO door dash drivers Left. There were at least 8 people working at this time! The main person making our food wascoughing all over like crazy! We all have to work... I get it better than most but wear a mask! Completely ridiculous! Hardlyany meat on our quesadillas and tacos either! Absolutely disappointing and do not plan to return. Manager was rude and unawareof anything going on outside of the office. Takes a lot for me to to leave a review but definitely made a point for this one!Personally as food and beverage worker myself, wow. Read more
I ordered inside and it took 20 minutes for my order to come. When it finally made it out the order was wrong - no grilled... cheese burrito, just a regular one. The manager then personally remade my whole order but even that was made wrong-wrong meat onthe burrito. I decided to just cut my losses and eat what they gave me because I didn't have time to wait for anotherremake. The ONLY thing keeping this from being a single start is the manager was nice. Placed food order at kiosk and waited 20 minutes at a table before getting up and waiting at the counter. There were six... employees in the back. I waited another five minutes at the counter before being tended to. Once we had gotten the food Irealized they had forgotten the guacamole. This resulted in me waiting at the counter for another five minutes while employeeswalked by and ignored me. They were extremely loud in the back, yelling at each other instead of serving customers. Normally do our best to give the workers that actually show up much needed respect and patience?.however?.the person working... there today might as well have stayed home. My wife went in to pick up a mobile order, the person working had their face buriedin the phone, glanced up, saw here, and went back to the phone. No one else was waiting at the counter or in the drive through.She tried to get their attention for 10 minutes. Finally got upset and went through tue drive thru, boom immediate response fromthe same person, who had the order in hand waiting at the window. She mentioned about waiting inside, they looked blankly andpicked up their phone?at this point we welcome the ?robot? workers. As much as I don?t hold Taco Bell to a high standard, this was the absolute worse restaurant I?ve ever been too. Cashier had the... absolute worst attitude, at one point she got on her headset telling the rest of the crew someone needs to get on this registerbecause it wasn?t her job. I also waited for 25 mins for two chicken soft taco supremes. When I say I waited, I actually walkedout without my food nor a refund. It was going to take even longer to get my refund. Printer was out of paper and the cashier Ispoke of earlier didn?t know how to change it, so I didn?t have my receipt and they were going to have to look it up. Read more
The food was over all alright. But the service was terrible. We order online and waited til it was almost done and headed that... way to get it and it was a 15 minute drive and when we got there it wasn't done and the lady we asked didn't even tell anyone wewas there so we waited for about 30+ minutes and they didn't even start on it yet after saying we wanted a refund they then madethe food. The wait time was ridiculous. Two items I asked for ( on the menu. ) they said they were out of. I asked for ice water with the... meal and girl said they out of Water. ( The meal came with a drink) Then as I was Driving down the road. I reached the bag tocheck my order. The food was in the bag, but absolutely No Napkins. But they did provide me with eight Taco sauce packets. Theydidn't asked me if I wanted any sauce. I never want sauce, but some Napkins would be real good!! Read more
Every time I come here it takes 15 minutes to get my food, even when there is no one else here (and often there is a long line).... At the very least, a fast food restaurant has to meet two basic requirements: it's fast, and it's edible. This Taco Bell failsthe first requirement. Read more
