Would not recommend this Wendy?s. The food was old and cold when I received it. The wait was long, it was 15-20 and I was the... only car in the parking lot. I ordered the baconator loaded fries and they gave me the correct container with regular frieswithout any toppings on them. In addition, they gave me a random soda. This Wendy?s is definitely the worst one that I?ve everbeen to. There are plenty of places to go in South Bend, go somewhere else! Read more
Worst Wendy's EVER! Went in for lunch, staff was sitting in booths, the one at the front counter was in the bathroom on the... phone. When she got done she didn't even wash her hands. Staff was loud and rude we left without even ordering. Dirty disgustingbathroom and dining area. Would not recommend it ever! Read more
I called to let them know of the things not included in my order but I got a recording saying they were on the other line and to... call back later. yikes. So here I am. I ordered an apple-pecan salad, and it came without the pecans, and without the bluecheese. For the price, I expect these things, or a notice and discount if they are unavailable. Read more
Orange haired African American lady super rude in drive thru even my boyfriend whose also African American had a huge issue with... how she treated us. We asked for 2 waters and a drink carrier. I kid you not this lady looked at us put her hand on her hip,stared, rolled her eyes, slammed the window and walked away to get the waters. It's short staffed! I called to find out if I could come in the restaurant and was told 'no' because of staffing issues, but I... could place an order as a walk up at the window. I knocked on the window, but was told an order couldn't be placed as a walk up.Then, the person checked and was corrected. The order was taken even giving ne fries without salt.(They are heavy handedw/salt). The order was correct and; the food was good and prompt considering this place is short staffed. I returned thisweek because of a busy schedule. Normally, I don't eat at fast food places within a short time. Agsin, short staffed and thestaff wasn't helpful. As a matter of fact, the woman at the window was angry and she let me know that they were short staffed. Her angier interfered with the correctness of the order and the overall experience. Stopped in on a Wednesday night. Half of the menu was crossed out. Over half the soft drinks were unavailable. Ordered 3... items....2/3 were made incorrectly and all 3 cheeseburgers were cold and mushy. The frosty machine wasn't working but we weren'ttold that until after paying. Also, the bathroom was gross and not clean. Real disappointing and frustrating experience. Read more
Well, I didn't want to leave a poor review, and I did try to call before resorting to Google, about the terrible salad that I... received at the drive-thru tonight. The apples are mushy, the lettuce is old, no Bleu cheese and was not given pecans to go withit. When I called to talk to someone about it, the voicemail doesn't let you leave a message. And I know they weren't busybecause I was the only customer inside or out side. Anyway, I spent too much money on this to not tell someone right away. Read more
