For starters the lobby is closed. Then we waited 27 min after we paid to get our food. When we did get our food we were short... one large fry and my wife's burger came out completely not what she ordered. When we talked to the girl that gave us our foodshe gave us a dumfounded look took the chicken sandwich that was supposed to be a burger and went inside. Another 7 min latershe gets a new sandwich. It was still wrong but it was just the chicken version of the sandwich instead of a double hamburgerpatty. And of course when our food did come out it was all like warm none of it was hot. Read more

Food is awful, always cold. One time they served drinks with no ice or carbonation. Salads are wilted and old. This place has... definitely gone down the tubes over the years. A friend of mine recently found a black plastic clip in her hamburger. Wentback to get a refund and she was cursed out by a very rude person there. This used to be a favorite but not anymore. Ordered online. Paid online. Lady at the drive through said they didn't have the salad I ordered. I told her I wanted to talk... to a manager. Once the manager came out. I got my salad with no issues. Personnel are to ask manager before telling customersthey don't have something. Too much stress for dinner. Read more

After waiting in line nearly 30 minutes for 4 cars in front of us the employee told us to stop ordering food. We started to... order one biggie bag and when we ordered the second meal the employee literally says to my husband ?are you serious man?!There?s only two of us working? we kinda awkwardly laugh and she says ?I?m just kidding. Kinda? we order the second meal andwhen we start to order the third meal she literally says ? are you serious man. I just told you there was only two of us. Stopordering food. We?ve been here since ten (it was 230) ok well we have three kids so you kinda don?t feed just two of them andskip the other?I get being short staffed, but to be that rude and tell someone to stop ordering just blew my mind. We hadn?tbeen rude. We were understanding and patient. At that point We just decided to go on somewhere else even though we?d alreadywasted thirty minutes. Read more

This was a great Wendy's until the current manager took over.. The food is either greasy or cold..drive thru only.. Rarely get a... receipt..rude employees.. Short of help?? We all are.. Learn to use your help efficiently.. Or step down.. You're restaurant isa ridiculous mess.. Read more

Just ordered a apple/pecan salad and returned to work to eat. Major disappointment! The lettuce/spinach was all soggy/old and... very nasty. The apples in the salad were all mushed not edible! I will NOT order this again, nor will I visit this particularstore again. Read more

It?s a really hard time to judge a business due to massive staffing shortages nationwide. The dining room was not open so drive... thru was the only option. There was a decent wait to get to order and then waiting for food. However based solely on food, itwas pretty good. All factors given, still a 3/5 stars. Read more
