Ordered a burger with cheese and bacon, topped with lettuce, tomato and pickle. It came missing all the toppings and the ketchup... bottle was empty. The remodeling was nice but very noisy. Read more
It's sad when even the employee walks away saying, "yeah that needs to be refunded and remade". Then the employee who followed... me out of the building. The manager was so lost and confused like he had just woke up from a nap. Best advice I can give is tobe more thorough and attentive. There were more employees walking around so no excuse to staffing on this one. Food was ok. Coldby the time it was placed in my hand 30 minutes after it was made. Almost 20 minutes of me sitting inside waiting for my foodthat was there the entire time. My name was taken wrong. However, no one asked me what my order was even after I told them itwas taken 45 minutes ago via phone. I told the first person what my order was but he wasn't listening to me. Love Wings Etc. Awesome choice of sauces for the wings and can't beat the Cajun curly fries. Much better quality of food vs... buffalo wild wings. They got quite a selection of food to choose from and the daily specials are awesome. Also a large alcoholselection. Read more
This place is clean and has a fun sporty atmosphere. The beer selection is good but is higher in price by comparison. The food... is always consistent quality with adequate portions. The service is typically decent but they can get busy and overwhelmed. This a good stop on the Southside if you have time to sit down and relax. Read more
So we're just there (party of 10) an there was plenty on table open, and the host told us that we would have to sit on 2... different tables to get 2 different servers, we asked them really nicely to let us put 2 tables together and the host went toget the manager, the manager didn't even come to us to explain or try to find a solution (again, there were many tables open)and he just said "moving the table is not an option". And I asked: ok, how do yous do with large groups? He said we only have 1table that can accommodate that many people (10) and us busy. Do you guys want to wait? Again, I said really? There's a lot oftables open. Anyways. They said no and we left. We are regular customers there because we go every Friday after soccer game. Notgonna be there anymore that's for sure. I?ve been coming to wings for many years now and I just love their wings. They?re so good and big! Their fries are tasty. I... prefer their mild and hot sauces as well as garlic Parmesan and some bbq sauces that they have. Their burgers are also good.They have good options for appetizers. Their ribs are simple but good. Dine in is way better than takeout. When you dine in yourfood for some reason taste better and looks exactly how you order it. When you order for takeout they usually end up forgettingyour extra sauce or the wings are kinda dry and need more sauce or there?s not enough fries with your order. I gave it 4 starsbecause their service lacks a little. Some Waitresses can sometimes seem like they have an attitude or just don?t want to giveyou good service. Was going to place an order for delivery on doordash but noticed the bone in wings charge sauce per wing so my order for 10... wings jumped from $12 to $17 even though it says $2.75 upcharge. Then delivery was turned off while I was choosing my items.Tried to call for a pick up order and no one answered.
