My girl and I went for brunch on Sunday when most places are already closed. It has a nice outward appearance on a nice block;... though both of us don?t like the yellow entryway that?s personal preference (we repainted it thistle color in our talks). Wewere really happy with the delicious food and the interior decorating was very cozy and made for interesting conversation. Thewait staff were very friendly. I love Thistle Pig! This place is amazing. Staff is always very pleasant and the place is quaint and rustic, but so wonderfully... welcoming inside. They have a great selection of beer (hello Bissell Brothers!), wine, and their fantastic house made drinks.The food is always great, especially the pork shoulder! They're always willing to accommodate requests. Dessert is delicious. Ilove that they locally source as much of their food as they can. There's really nothing bad to say about this place. Had a quiet brunch with family. The wait staff was polite and attentive. The food was inventive and interesting. Great... attention to detail. First cup of coffee was cold but the second was great.
