I have ordered from this location about a dozen times, I work right next door. Not a single time that I have ordered from this... location has the order been correct. Every single time that I have ordered something from this location they have gotten thesandwich wrong, the coffee wrong, or the sides wrong. Terrible customer service. Rude woman drive up window. I asked very nicely if I could have a knife to cut my muffin in half, she... said quite rudely, a knife, I know what a knife is. I called her out immediately, and asked for a manager.. a man came forward,didn't state he was the manager, and said I'm sorry. My wife and I went there for hit caramel latte's and were both dealing with stomach pain all day. Literally was off and on the... toilet the entire day. The drive though girl legit yelled at me because I verified my order. She accidentally said ?hot? and my mom immediately looked... at me and said ?no, tell her iced. She got it wrong.?
