Maybe it's because I was super hungry, but damn that egg sandwich was delicious... In general it seems like a great little local... spot for a breakfast sandwich or a giant cup of coffee or whatever else you want. It's by no means fancy or unique, but it getsthe job done for sure. Only knock is for cash only, and the "hot and fresh" pizza is quite the opposite. Read more
Prices are a little steep, but it's definitely worth it. They have a large variety of coffee flavors and do a great job with... their breakfast sandwiches! My only real complaint is that they are cash only, which is a minor inconvenience but no a dealbreaker. Read more
The perfect little neighborhood coffee and sandwich spot...with surprisingly good pizza to boot (some of the best in Southie if... you like thin crust and cheesy). Tiny location on E 4th Street with street parking only, but it's usually not hard to find aspot. Very little seating - only a counter with 6 stools, but it's usually enough. Very rarely have I not been able to grab aseat. Breakfast sandwiches are great and made fresh to order, not that frozen egg junk from Dunkin'. Staff is almost alwaysfriendly. I've encountered a few grumpy ones in the past, but not lately. The only areas for improvement are that they only takecash. Read more
I feel like I have been coming here for about 15 years. First discovered it back in the day when I did construction in the area.... I live up in Somerville and work in the restaurant industry. I still make the trip down for this place. Its so good, andeveryone who has worked there has been so nice. I know in this day in age everything is getting fancy, but this place is welldone classics. My go tos: Chicken Caeser Wrap, Egg n Cheese on english muffin, Snickerdoodle iced coffee. Oh yea iced coffeesaren?t sugary syrup flavors. They do it old school and brew the coffee with the niceness.
