We waited 10 minutes for our food just to receive everything cold other than over salted fresh fries and they forgot the chicken... nuggets, for waiting that long they could at least been more professional and friendly instead of playing around where customerscan see. As someone who works in fast food I would of at least apologized for the food being late and not just handed itaggressively like she did and shut the window in my face. Read more
This used to be the only local burger restaurant I would eat at. After not getting my breakfast, no money returned, and a... manager being non-responsive on a call, I have not returned. I've never had such a poor experience with this company. Theyliterally stole my money. I placed a breakfast order in the drive-thru, paid for it, and then was told none of the items wereavailable. I asked for a refund and they couldn't seem to process it. I was told to come back. I called instead and requesteda manager. The female said she was the manager and I told her the situation. 3 minutes of silence followed. I hung up andhaven't been back since. I love the food from BK but this just sent me to McDonald's. Plus, there is a lawsuit about theburger wrapper being toxic so I'm pretty sure I'm done. Read more
The drive thru was quick and the staff members were very polite and friendly. The food was as expected and the prices were what... they should be. A good location to stop if you're in the mood for some flame broiler burgers! Sadly, lately the inside has beenlocked down and no sign or explanation. Very disappointing and rude to customers. Just came through and ordered 2 meals, I asked for ranch, salt and ketchup. Got pulled up and when my food came out not 1 sauce... was in the bag! I couldn't go back around cause the line was to long and I couldn't go in cause I had a child in the car so Ijust left. When I got home we couldn't eat the frys because they were to salty...I think someone accidentally double saltedthem or something. I'm beyond irritated and won't be back! I wish I could share the pics I have of the bathroom . It's beyond nasty. I can only imagine how every where else looks n even... if they wash their hands. It makes no sense that the bathrooms look the way they do. People just standing around not doingnothing n have a attitude with you like you done did something. Corporate needs to see these pics. Listen, honestly, gross. Food wasn't bad. Obviously it's fast food we weren't expecting 5 star cuisine. People nice as all get... out. The establishment, gross. Not one single table clean. Sticky, salt all over them, dirty napkins, half chewed fries. Floorwas just as bad. Bathrooms were disgusting. My girlfriend had to pee standing because the toilets in the ladies restroom lookedlike they belong to a truck stop in hill country. Read more
