Worst pilot I've been to. Rude cashier telling customers im crazy because i complained? If i was isnt that illegal? 7am,... truckers getting ready to roll...all showers dirty and empty, but told will be at least an hour because they are not cleaningthem. They are waiting for the next shift to do so!?! Read more
Third from the left diesel pump numbered keypad didnt work. You press one number. Several numbers get keyed in by only... pressing one number. I went to another pump. The pump next my pump didnt work neither. That driver came to my pump andrealized it didnt work. Then he move to another pump. The gravel lot has a lot of trash. Shower #1 had several flies inthere. Poor service, the showers don't have limit time, i was waiting for 40min and when you request a gentil explanation for the... staff, they answered you very rude as if that is a home and you are receiving a favor, another fact if you received a number ofthe shower id, that is not the number that you are going to use (is discretional the asignation by the Manager)... veryunorganice place and the management answer unpreparated and rude.. Update: I was at this location again yesterday and still nothing has been addressed about mandatory mask-wearing in this... establishment. Although all the customers were wearing masks there are still some employees that were not. Yet another placethat refuses to enforce mask requirements upon entry even though big signs are clearly posted. For reasons like this are whyAmerica is the laughing stock of the world. People, its simple, you want this pandemic to go away, wear a mask, employeesincluded. Its really not that difficult. Stop being so ignorant!!! Read more
Got here late last night. The lot was full but was able to find one spot available for truck parking. The lot was a bit crowded... but we made it work. They have a Bogangles here. The Bogangles requests that you wear a mask when entering the restaurant butthe store part doesn't. Everything was clean especially the restrooms. Read more
Small pilot to say the least, but they have a Dunkin Donuts inside so that's a plus. Restrooms are small they need better... signage for restrooms I almost walked into the men's room. Women's doesn't really have signs so beware. Not sure on the showersbut doesn't seem like there is very many. Parking is setup strange and in the back parking is pot holes that can swallow upyour truck so beware on the dirt parking. Read more
