Large pizza seems to have shrunk. Ordered extra cheese as one of our toppings and there was hardly ANY cheese let alone extra.... All my receipts totalled $17.96 , but was charged an extra $4 on my card. RIP off. Read more

The lady in drive thru was very nice but my thin crust pizza was very dry and not enjoyable at all. The chicken bites and cheesy... bread were the winners here. I haven't eaten at a Pizza Hut in years so I'm very disappointed in this pizza experience. Read more
This store ran out of fries so I couldn?t place an order for a deal that included fries. I called and spoke to Diamond(super... nice employee). The manager wouldn?t honor the deal with a substitution of a side salad, because she said I was calling ininstead of ordering online? which I couldn?t do. I guess the manager thought it wasn?t worth it to win a new loyal customer byjust honoring the deal. If that?s the customer service you receive from this place, I don?t trust the food anyway. This use to be my favorite place. I just ordered a family meal, and when I came back home, I noticed an order was missing. Been... calling Pizza Hut for an hour (been rerouted on phone line 5 times) just to get a $9 refund, and they still haven't answered.Make sure to check your order before going through hell just to get a manager for a refund. Update: It took an hour, butmanager finally responded to process the refund. Refund is being currently sent. Read more
