If I could leave 0 stars I would. They messed up my order horribly. The delivered me the completely wrong pizzas and the one... pizza had an ingredient that I?m allergic to so I had to throw it away. I ordered these pizzas with enough time to eat them andget out the door to what I needed to get to. I called and asked for a refund and was told they could remake my pizzas I said nobecause I didn?t have to wait around for them to fix their mistake, they offered a free pizza on my next delivery and again Isaid no, I explained I just wanted my money back for the pizzas, especially since I had to throw one away, she got short withme, said she?d give me the refund and then hung up on me without asking for any of my information. 3 days later I hear nothingso I call back. A very nice employee takes down all my info and says she?s going to reach out to her manager and I would receivea refund 3-4 days later. 3-4 days later I receive nothing still so I call back YET AGAIN and after getting passed around the kidwho tries to help me is being short and rude and not being helpful at all so I hang up and call back and speak to the same girlI had before. She said she reached out to her manager but hadn?t heard back. She didn?t know if he was on vacation or something.What kind of manager doesn?t tell his employees he?s going on vacation? That order was placed 06/21 today is 07/08 and I?ve yetto receive anything or hear from anyone. Great place. People don't realize most of the workers there are delivery and make money from tips not in store work. Most don't... use register. It's easier to ask for your food if it's already paid for. If not, be patient cause the person ringing you upmight be busy. Read more

0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. This place essentially stole my money. I ordered pizza. The pizza tracker showed that the driver went to a... completely different location and said delivered. I called asking for my money back. The owner accused me of receiving the pizzaand trying to get my money back. Claiming they called before dropping off the pizza on my porch. Not only did I not receive anymissed calls from them, but i also have 10 cameras on my house and at no point did they drop off the pizza to me or any of myneighbors. The tracker showed they were not even far from the store before they claimed they delivered it. Once i told themanager about the cameras and lack of missed calls, she said she'll call me back to get approval for a refund. She never calledback and when I called they would immediately end the call. Theyre actively avoiding paying me back and Im getting no support orcommunication on if and when I'll get a refund. I advise never getting food from this dominos. Read more
They have improved a lot on customer service. Now when I go to pick up my pizzas they are friendly. I was not too happy before... because every time I said ?Thank you? nobody reply to me. I am glad they are improving. My girls love their pizza. Yum.! Read more
I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. One of the pizza?s had an order of extra premium chicken. Instead, they don?t add the... chicken at all and want me to bring back the pizza back to the store to give me a new one while my remaining ordered food getscold. I told them fine I will bring back all of my order and you can remake my order again as a whole since everything will becold. I get a NO. Pizza is well made and tasty for Domino's. My only issue is with the 2 minute carry out or free timer. At 45 seconds it paused... and stayed there. It took over a minute till my pizza was brought to my car. It still shows 45 seconds even though I'mhome. Not that big a deal (I still tipped the delivery person), but why advertise the 2 minute timer or free if you're going tocheat on the timer anyway? Ordered today and the timer was messed up. It said my order was ready but no one brought it out. Iwent into the store to find it was still in the oven. I had to wait a bit so I was offered a free 2 litre soda. As I was aboutto pull out one of the women ran out to check my order. Sure enough it was wrong and she handled me the correct pizzas. Theseare college kids working the summer for some cash.
