I only leave a review once in a blue moon on here. But I have to say... this is the best pizza of any I've ever tried in New... Jersey. The sauce tastes super fresh. And the crust is one of few that I actually enjoy eating just on its own. Very friendlyowners and staff as well. But I guess it's pretty easy for them to be friendly, when I always am telling them how great theirfood is and how amazing they are :P I live 30 min away and I make sure to take the trip exactly once every 2 weeks. I try to stop in when I'm working in the area. Since I've been trying to eat healthy I usually get a grilled chicken sandwich or... turkey wrap w/o fries. No complaints, always great. It's a nice family run place. Read more

I’m going to summarize my terrible order from last night. Chef salad, was only meat, lettuce and an egg cut in half with... shell pieces all over it. Their menu describes it as “Turkey breast boiled ham, Swiss cheese, sliced hard-boiled eggs, Romatomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots and red onions over California greens with Italian dressing.” Definitely missing most ofthat including the dressing. Side of sausage, under the sides portion of the menu, apparently means “A slice of pizza withsausage and onion” because you know, the option for a side of sausage is too hard to comprehend. It was cold. Two slices ofplain: Cold, like actually chilled. Shrimp scampi entree, looked good, but it’s said to have Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, they were41/50 shrimp not 16/20, the only thing jumbo about this was the fact the shrimp were so tiny and there was only 5. The sidesalad was automatically better than the chef salad because it was lettuce, 3 slices of roasted red peppers and Dressing!Although, there’s more to it if you’ve ever eaten there, but I’m just happy they even gave a side salad. Grilled Cheese.$6 that’s it. No fries, $6. On the kids menu. Again I’ve ordered in the past and it came with fries. We had two soups, andthey were fine, but that’s it. I’m convinced that you’re better off eating there because they won’t mess anything up forfear you’ll complain on the spot. Instead, you get a to go order and they just give you whatever the want. Not to mention theyhad the Uber ears guy show up as soon as they accepted the order. Yes, they hail the driver by saying the food is ready oralmost done. The guy had to wait 30+ min for them to “cook” everything. I felt so bad for the driver I gave him a $20 tipjust for waiting. Apparently the pizza was sitting in a box when he got there, so 30+ min wait, and 10 min drive for my pizza. That’s why it was ice cold. Don’t eat here unless you’re going in to eat there. My last 3 to go orders gave beenatrocious. Read more

Isabella Pizza is a small spot located along Main Street. There is plenty of seating at nice, wooden tables and the area is very... clean. I decided to go with a slice of plain and a margarita slice. The plain had a crisp base with good sauce. I would haveliked the pizza to be cooked a little longer as some of the cheese was still in the pre-melt shred form. The crust is great andfluffy. The margarita is a tad plain and bland. Nothing really stands out when I should be getting great sauce notes and adelicious milky-cheese. Overall, this is a decent, average spot. Read more

Isabella's Pizza is an interesting find. We hope that Isabella's will survive, but, sadly, there is considerable turnover of... restaurants in the area, and Isabella's doesn't do much to distinguish itself. We stopped in late afternoon on a Friday, andthere was no one dining but us. In fairness, there were a couple of take out orders filled while we were there. We ordered apie, and, while we found it was good, we didn't think it was exceptional. We were impressed that the sausage slices were freshand tasty. It took what we thought was longer than we expected to get our pie, but we rationalized the time lag to saying thatgood food takes time. We were caught somewhat by surprise when our check arrived. We thought the prices were on the high sidecompared to other places in the area. Service was somewhat slow, and not terribly friendly. We truly hope that Isabella's doeswell, but we did feel it has a way to go. Read more
