One of the worst customer service I have ever had with this restaurant. I had called in to place a large catering order for $700... and then I went to pick up my order at the agreed time. But instead the owner Amir shows me bad attitude and criticizes me thatI?m 10 - 15 mins late. Now what really surprised me that I had actually called him on my ETA before I arrived. But he continuedto show me bad attitude and poor customer service by belittling me and saying that I?m not very prepared and I don?t know whatI?m doing. During the time for my transaction; I mentioned that the number of heads has actually decreased from 20 adults to 18adults and so I would like to be charged for 18 adults. Yet he refused to accommodate my request and overcharges me for 20adults. Talk about poor customer service and ripping customers off on large catering orders. I have been here a few times it?s hidden in a small strip mall in south bound Brook . They have quite a few large tables . We... decided to bring our friends this time there Probably was about 17 of us. We all placed our orders at the counter and they giveyou a number to place on the table. They have a pretty large menu so it might be hard to decide ???? what to get !! Platters,salads, sandwiches. We got the Kebab sampler and a few other things. The kebab platter was delicious full of flavor and a nicesize portion. The hummus is a must try it was very smooth and great flavors . They also have some great baklava ???? so if youlive in the area or just driving through I would stop in and give them a try . Read more
Your food is on point ???? and the Staff is friendly. However, I?ve been thru numerous issues with you guys. My orders being... handed to other customers is ok but I expect to get a fresh one instead of waiting for the other customer to bring back my foodto switch up. Getting incomplete orders from time to time or having to drive back to get it corrected. Finding some sauce thatI didn?t want on my food Up until this point it is what it is but finding a plastic lid of some sort of a seasoning bottleinside my burger is beyond explanation. Excellent Halal food. Their ethnic food is delicious but their burgers especially are to die for. My go-to order is the Jupiter... burger with onion rings on the side. Service is also never disappointing. Read more
I'm more familiar with their Lake Hiawatha location, but I visited here with friends that were closer to here. Food was... delicious, I loved the mixed gyro platter over rice. I will say however, that the Lake Hiawatha location provides better bangfor the buck, but, if your in this area, its a great alternative. Great place to eat. Amazing service. Read more
let me tel your something, there gyros are the best thing I?ve ever had, if I had to eat one meal for the rest of my life it... would be there chicken gyros and don?t even get me started on that heavenly white sauce they have, I put 3 mini cups of thatwhite sauce every time I have a gyro and it?s a explosion of flavors in my mouth, and let me tell u something about the rice,the texture to the taste of there rice is just insane, right now I?m craving a gyro but so happen to have no money on me.
