This place is a disaster every time we go. The last two times I went to pick up my meals someone else apparently had taken them.... Today my wife went to pick up food, and she was told when she arrived that there were no chips, but she was still given thequeso and charged. And to top it all off, she was told if she wanted a refund on the chips we didn?t receive she had to ask forit online. Never in my life have I experienced chipotle locations more mismanaged than the ones in vermont. Why are they closed when the... hours on their door say they are open as well as their hours online? Two days around 7pm in one week we?re they closed when theywere scheduled to be open. Unfortunately the food is decent so like a toxic relationship I will keep trying to go back. Read more
Just walked in 15 min after they opened and the place is filthy. Food on the floor, tables dirty, and it?s overall disgusting.... They obviously never cleaned last night or this morning before opening. Absolutely shocked how these two locations in Burlingtonare managed. Why does the corporate office allow them to be run this way?!? Stay away from this one. I can just imagine howdisgusting the kitchen is and their food safety protocol. Read more
If you want burritos go somewhere else. This is probably the worst service I've experienced anywhere. There's two competitors... right here, and another Chipotle one exit down. When placing my order I was informed they were out of ingredients. That's notgreat, but it's fine, I can still find something good. When I arrived at the scheduled time my food wasn't made. A customerinforms me they're out of tortillas. Odd, but luckily I ordered a bowl. After a while they find my order, and ask me if it's okif they're out of another ingredient. Sure, whatever. They make it, I leave. Two more ingredients aren't in the bowl. I didn'torder lettuce because they were out, yet somehow it's mixed into the guacamole. It didn't affect me personally, but I'm stillbaffled how a burrito chain can get themselves into a position where they're out of tortillas. Read more

I love chipotle. But the chipotles in VT do not know how to make a taco. This isn?t the first time my tacos have looked like... this. Moes employees can make a taco 100% better than chipotle. Read more
Ordered on the app and set the time for 3:30pm since I was only 5-10mins away from the location. Arrived at the location early... (3:27pm) but still had to wait all the way until 3:45pm to receive my food while countless people walked in, ordered from thecounter with no one in line. There was at least 6-7 employees in the store with at least 3 people that were already waiting toget their online order as well. If you plan on getting Chipotle from this location, just stop by and order in person, you?llsave a lot of time and frustration since their online order is incredibly slow. Read more
