If I could give zero star, I would give zero star. They don't even take your call. So we give them another try. We went there... and they saw us pulling in and closed door in front of us. Read more

Inedible. House special Pad Thai was flavorless, and the coconut chicken skewers were so overcooked that you couldn?t get a... fork into them (and had no detectable coconut). This went into the trash. Read more

Finally, South Burlington has a Vietnamese restaurant! The owner is a hard working one man army. I've worn those shoes in the... kitchen while on St. John, USVI. They aren't awesome most times. Luckily, it's been a few beautiful years since I was on aline. Its taken a few years of silent therapy to again feel the equanimity that creating a plate brings. Some scars leave nomarks. But I digress. Opening amidst stiff, established competition in Burlington and Winooski, this restaurant does a solidjob. For a restaurant trying to find its legs during a pandemic, the food is good and will only get bettter. The cold shrimprolls are good, but had no pork (traditionally included). Please note that they serve their banh mi with mayonnaise. I.Did.Not.A good substitution may be a little sriracha? I liked that they had slices of mild jalapeno included. The pho was not overlyaromatic or salty. The clarity was a little muddled. Gelatin extraction was moderate with a noticeable hint of beef fat thatclings to your lips, but not overpowering. The noodle portion was generous, but the tendons needed more time (or a pressurecooker). Service was friendly. I applaud them for even opening. Facing these unprecedented financial times, I would have keptmy money in my pocket. I'll be back to support them. Read more

Super nice people, fast service and excellent food! I enjoy the drunken noodles (double order, cause why not!?) And the Tiger... rolls the most. Read more

My husband and I are quite the food snobs when it comes to Vietnamese food so I was a bit skeptical to check Pho Vo out, because... of the location and aesthetics BUT it was very delicious!! We both got chicken PHO, fresh spring rolls and I got a Bahn Mi.Great flavors and presentation ???? It's clean and simple inside. The owners are very sweet and just moved to VT. Woulddefinitely recommend their food, especially if you live in the South Burlington area. It's comparable to Pho Dang and Pho Hongwithout driving to Essex 5 corners or North End of Burlington/Winooski. Read more
