I have been going to this location in Burlington for the last four years with nothing short of total satisfaction with the place... but last night was pretty terrible. In addition to there being young kids there with having been given very little direction asto what their jobs were the food was terrible! I got the garlic knots with a ton of salt on them where you can see the salt onthe rim of the plate. The pizza dough was doughy and pizza itself just a mess! I noticed there were at least four or so arcademachines out of order which just gave me the sense that their games aren't maintained regularly. From someone who works in akitchen I would highly suggest training your kitchen manager and supervisors to do a better job . Good luck Read more
My best friend and I eat here at least once or twice a month. We love it here! Our waitress always remembers us, our favorite... order down to sodas and mozzarella sticks! We have a favorite booth as well. The food always tastes good, I've never had toreturn anything. They have a great selection. We are always treated well here, and I also have great childhood memories as well.My dad always threw a family birthday party for me when I was little! Most of the younger kid games were out of order. Ball pit was so dirty, clumps of dust and using the back of it for storage.... Shoe cubby was disgusting. Pizza was flavorless. Salad was very good. Read more
The worst experience of my life. They messed up my order not once but twice! I called them the first time and the Manger told me... it is what it is. I called the second time about the same order and spoke to a different manager who said he would fix the issueand sent me the same messed up order. When I called them back to let him know it still wasn't right and it had been 3 hours atthis point and just asked for a credit foresee food next time I ordered he told me NO! That he had already sent me more food andthat was all he was going to do for us. We couldn't eat our order so I was out almost $40 and they didn't care. I am the Managerof a company and run THREE locations myself. I would NEVER treat a customer this way. I would go above and beyond to make mycustomers happy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. AND I WILL MAKE SURE I TELL ALL OF MY REGULAR CUSTOMERS NOT TO GO TO THIS RESTAURANTOR ORDER FROM HERE. Not to mention when we opened the food there was a couple of hairs in the " correct order" they sent thesecond time. Which tells me they were trying to sabotage the order when the redelivered it.. The kids loved it, the play place and games are amazing for the little ones. This will be a new regular spot for us now that we... found it. Pizza was good but kids just wanted to play. The staff was patient with the kids picking out the toys from theirtickets and very kind. I know it was frustrating so I appreciate the friendliness. We love the simple and delish dishes here. The lasagna is so good with a side of cheese bread. Always a smiling face greeting me... and a "thank you" has never been forgotten. Bring the fam and give the kiddos come quarters for the machines. Read more
