Those were the freshest chicken nuggets I think I've ever had!
When you go to McDonald's your expectations are already not high. But this one is far beyond bad. Ordered inside had to wait 30... mins for all my food to get together. By that time all the food was cold. Had several people who came in after me served beforeme then come back up with problems with their order and had them fix it before I was taken care of. Every customer in there hadsomething wrong with their order. 10 plus customer. All the lazy workers just walking around like we're bother them. Every tablewas dirty in the whole store. No manager presence at all. I guess cause it's a Sunday there no threat of heath inspection. Sothey just don't care. I've had many bad experience at a McDonald's but this on is likely the worst experience of any fast foodchain in my entire life. And I was still calm and nice to all the employees. I hope corporate reads this and reassess themanagers staff. Won't come back here for some time. Read more
Not enough employees to handle the customers. Only 5 employees to take care of the counter and the drive thru. We waited 35... minutes to receive our order in the drive thru lane. I felt sorry for the crew that were trying to keep up with all thecustomers. It's not the employees fault when they are severely understaffed. It's either poor management or poor corporate decisions to allow this to happen. Read more
I had ordered food inside they took over 40 minutes before I got anything and then they forgot the fries. I think they all... should be fired and hire people that has good customer service and not these young kids and lazy adults. All they do is lookat you and walk away while your waiting and they don't even apologize for the long wait. Read more
About 15 minutes ago I went and got a biscuit and gravy meal took around 18 minutes to even get it threw the 5 car line to get... back yo work to only have half of it with gravy called to complain witch I never do and all I got from the management was an I'msorry well I'm sorry also I'll never spend another penny at this place if that's how they treat you now $7 breakfast with a .10worth of gravy. Actually I am not loving it. Didnt like the taste of chickenburger. Poor in sanitation. Worst Bathrooms. Just hyped... restaurant. No chicken burger option in Happymeal, only ham. Read more
The food was horrible, asked a worker for napkins looked at me then looked where they were supposed to be and seen it was Empty,...
