The dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been to. The bathrooms were disgusting. Toilet paper all over the floor. The towel dispenser... was broken and there was no towel paper to dry your hands with. The counter was covered with napkins and food/liquids. Just amess. Read more
One drink machine in the dining room out of order, the 2nd one only has 9 selections available out of 35. Both Ketchup pumps in... the dining area empty. Was served COLD FRIES. I think the owner of this Wendy's needs to be a little more involved with hisstore. The young lady at the counter was extremely nice and polite. Read more
We was the only one inside . It was after 7:30pm. All we ordered was 2 large chili?s and drinks and the girl fixed small ones... and I had to remind her.The place was filthy. There was food and trash on the floors and around the trash cans, the counterwhere the register was had French fries on it, the napkin dispenser was empty and the soda fountain machine was dirty. There wasfood all over the floor in the cooking area. I was Leary about eating the food. The cashier went outside for 10 minutes. No onecares anymore. Read more
I?ve never been through this Wendy?s drive thru and had a pleasant employee encounter. They act like you are bothering them by... coming to the drive thru. Terrible Customer service. Read more
Mgr & assoc's extremely nice. Had misplaced my $ and they just gave me a frosty. Then found $ and still wouldnt let me pay. ... Have always had good service at this location. Read more
The store was clean and the staff is friendly. I really like that they updated their drink machines so that you can pick... whatever flavor combinations you want. Read more
This Wendy's is garbage. This is a "grilled chicken sandwich" that is literally burnt. Completely nasty. This Wendy's nearly... every time messes up something, usually it's just an incorrect drink, like today I got Dr Pepper instead of the diet I ordered. But I also got this hockey puck burnt black chicken sandwich. Pathetic. Read more
Worst Wendys. Always out of something. Always out of baked potatoes after 5:30 or 6:00. Went to get Chilie at 5:30 today and... they were out of chilie. Why does managment not keep a check on that. Got my wife a value crispy chicken sandwich and it lookedlike it had been cooked at noon and the bun was stale. Never be back. Read more
