The cashier answered the phone with an attitude then told me I couldn?t mix and match... a 10 piece and they offer it regularly, even on the app. Her exact words were ?the register don?t do that?. Absolutely the worst wingstop I've ever been to, the 3 women that worked yesterday 9/11 should be fired!!! Terrible attitudes,... we walked in the place to order and they stayed in the back until we said something, it wasn't busy no one was in the place theyjust gave us negative vibe like we're disturbing them and that's bad for business, we asked the manager if she could turn the TVon because football was on and she rolled her eyes and walked away, it took 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 3 tenders, Iwill never come back, they need to learn from the matteson store how to run the business Read more
Put in an online order at 409pm. Got there at 415ish, waited for 20min just for them to tell me they don't have my product.... Switched items they told me 3mins. Another 20mins later nothing. Wingstop is just bomb. I love the fries with the skin on them. They taste salty & sweet. (can't eat them now bcuz of fried food... sensitivity but I'll sneak a few from hubby lol) So many Sauces. I use to eat Lemon Pepper & Garlic Parmesan. My hubby getsCajun & my son gets Lemon pepper. Easy to order online for quick pickup. This location, whenever I've visited, has friendlycashiers. I ordered from the website for delivery and had an issue. The order was never delivered so I called the store where they told me... that they used a third party service for delivery and there was nothing that they could do I would have to contact the service.Upon contacting the service they asked to verify the delivery address which was no longer correct on the website I verified theaddress screenshotted it for reference. The third party delivery service was unable to immediately process my refund since Ididn't order from their website, and I thought it would be a courtesy to call the store and let them know that from theirwebsite to the third party website the address was altered. The young lady who I spoke with was very rude in regards to ithowever I still continued to attempt to make an order that I could pick up. She then stated she was unable to place the orderover the phone because of the quantity that I was ordering I asked why she said that was the company policy and hung up.
