This has got to be the worst Dunkin? Donuts around. I?ve gone there on two occasions and I?ve waited in the line for over 20... minutes. I thought maybe it was a fluke so I decided to give them another chance. My order was wrong after waiting that long. Mysandwich was cold. They didn?t even heat it up. On top of that all of the prices at this location seem to be at least $.30 more.You can?t do online ordering probably because they are charging more than the corporate website. I am always missing some part of my order whenever so go here. There?s another location across the street 2 minutes away and... that location also has the same problem. I think if there was an app to place the order ourselves it would be a lot better. Thislocation in particular is hard to access and there?s not lot of room to drive out of it after getting your food. The outsideseems cleaner than the other place because this one seems newer. Read more

Apparently they think this is enough cream cheese for a bagel. I?ll give you a hint, it?s not. This Dunkin is very hit or miss,... but it?s usually a miss. Always different staff every time I?ve gone, and if they get your order wrong they?ll argue with youabout it instead of just correcting it. It?s hard enough finding people who want to work, so it?s no surprise that the ones theyfound don?t know how to work correctly. Read more
Worst DD on the planet! They literally have never gotten my order right. And my last visit on Saturday morning (7/9/22) will... definitely be my last. First, I ordered a veggie omelet bite along with a few other items. The girl who took the order wasunfriendly and snippy. I paid and pulled forward to check my order and as usual it was wrong (bacon bites instead), so I wentback through the drive through to let them know. The girl in the window who took the money for the order originally said shecouldn?t take the omelet bites back. We said ok but we needed the veggie bites. Then the girl who took the order appeared in thewindow to rudely repeat that they couldn?t take the food back and that we should have at least thrown it on the ground (we hadplaced in on the windowsill after explaining that we couldn?t keep it in the car due to food allergies to pork). She thenknocked the bag of bacon omelet bites on the ground at our car! They eventually remade our order and the gentleman who broughtit out to the car was very polite and apologetic. The absolute worst staff I?ve ever encountered. You would think with all of the jobs available out there these girls would find... another since they hate their job so much. my 4 dollar cup of oat milk, they seem to have forgotten the coffee in my large icedCOFFEE. I stood at the counter getting dirty looks from all the girls for about 5 minutes before I just left the drinks there,they obviously weren?t going to fix it. Went to dunkin today to get some breakfast for my vegan partner and myself, I ordered Avocado & Roasted Tomato toast for her and... a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a Croissant and asked to please include salt and pepper. I was asked to pull forward andwaited 13 minutes, thankfully I left the house early so I wasn't late for work. I am posting a picture of what I actuallyreceived oh and 9f course no salt and pepper, no apology for the long wait or the wrong order, just a oh well we were out oftomatoes. Maybe that should've been said when ordering because what they put on top for a vegan is probably not appropriate. Itwas good for me though so I ate it. Absolutely horrible place to get coffee or anything to eat. Very rude and obnoxious workers with very bad attitudes. I guess... they hire anyone off the streets to come work in this store. I asked for a new coffee because they made it way to dark and gotlaughed at and taunted thru the drive thru window by a girl who claimed to be the manager. I made a video of her taunting me inthe window but I?d rather not post it and embarrass the immature child even more.
