Had to wait 20 minutes at the drive thru, only 2 cars were ahead of me. Turns out, the person taking orders only did so when... the car at the window got their order and drove away. The food I ordered was warm at best, was served a burger with half the bunhard as a rock. I went inside, I got a new burger but by now lost my appetite. Never to return to this Wendy's. The slowest Wendy's I've ever been. Do not go on your lunch break you will miss your punch in. A lot of talking always. It have... been always like this. No more Wendy's for me. Not worth the time and aggravation you have to go through taking in considerationis a "FAST FOOD" joint. Oh and food is never what you ordered. Read more

I ordered on Door Dash and was missing items and things I asked for were not done that I paid extra for. Missing a set of 4 pc... nuggets and missing cheese in my chilly also all fries were cold and the Wendy?s is not even a quarter mile from my house. Read more

The food was not hot. The French fries are supposed to be fresh now but were cool like they has been sitting around. The staff... was only worried about the drive-thru and not the customers inside the store. Read more

Ordered 2 biggie bags, one was double stack,other Jr bacon cheese burger, small chilli, and taco salad total 23.dollars When got... home I had 2 double stack (no Jr bacon). No chips for taco salad, no sour cream for taco salad, the burgers were dry, thefires where old fries not fresh , the nuggets that came with the meal where old and dry, worse dinner I have had from them. Ihave eaten there many times and it was fine but tonight dinner was not worth what I paid. Read more

They do not listen. Spent over 70$ on my order threw doordash and called the store to verify my order and explained the... importance behind the meals being correct an all present an hour later my order arrives and alllll my standwiches where madewith "cheese" "baccon" and a huge gulp of "mayo" mind you an unbarable amount of mayo on all the sanwhiches even the ones thatdont call for it. Im allergic to mayo so i specifically removed it. But despite that nothing was on anyy of my sandwiches.Wheres the essetials? I would think with larger orders more attention would be taken but nope. so i called to verify for nothingand nobody is eating because who requested gulps of mayo to the point the bread is completely soggy. Im so annoyed with themanagment because do better. I called to avoid this and still did what you thought was the way. READ THE ORDER. Moral to thestory i wasted 70 an am so confused on why my order wasnt correct. Read more

The customer service is friendly but the food isn't always good depending on the manager on duty. I noticed when certain mgrs... are on duty the food is hot and fresh but others not so much. Drive-thru can always improve as far as the speed of service. Mostof the time it's slow. I appreciate the organic juice box that comes with the kid's meal. Awesomeness! Read more
