I would give this five stars if the hours were correct on Google. On Saturday and Sunday they close at 8:00 p.m.. They also open... at 5:00 a.m. not 4:30 a.m.. the coffee is always fresh. The staff is friendly. And most importantly coffees are made to ordercorrectly. I didn't drink coffee for years and then I found the dunken and I drive far out of my way just to come here everyday.The staff are a pleasure to be around. Read more

It is ok for fast food coffee, I don't go out of my way to find this type of coffee and fast food breakfast
I would like the hours of operation to reflect the reality on Google. Everything says they are open until 10 PM. They are... closed right now. It's rotten to not update hours when a person is looking for an open Dunkin, drives to the location, andsees they are closed. Read more

Last night (3/24/22 at 8 pm) the lady who took my order was rude to me for no reason. I believe her name was Yolanda? When I... walked in she gave me a dirty look right off the bat, but I remained polite to her. She got ruder throughout the interaction.She clearly does not like her job or want to be there. I did a mobile order and Was driving which took me 30 mins if not a little less to get there. When I arrived a woman who works... there named Yolanda if I?m not mistaken was there, I?ve seen her before and she always seems to have a bad attitude. I went toget my drink and as I?m walking away to browse the isles in the gas station I tried my latte to which I knew it wasn?t made howI like it. I went back and told her I didn?t like and she automatically got angry and told me if I didn?t take 3 hours to getthere it would be fine. We continued To go back and forth and she finally decided she would reMake my coffee but made sure tolet me know she would take 2-3 other customers behind me before she did mine which was fine, as soon as it was my turn the lattemachine magically didn?t work Any longer ( clearly she did that on purpose) I told her I wanted my money back and she refusedand told me to call customer service. So I lost money because she wouldn?t remake My coffee. I?ve never had someone treat me asrudely as she did that night. She needs to reprimanded seeing as she does this often to many customers and seeing as herattitude is still the same she clearly gets away with anything. Read more
