We went in on Saturday night and they were very busy. Was seated near the bar, which was ok, except two waitstaff weren't sure... who was supposed to wait on us. We both ordered salads and waited over 45 minutes for them!! The waiter apologized, but weunderstood they were short staffed and were doing their best. We'll go go-it was just a busy night. I grew up going to Wolfie's to eat with my family when I was growing up. The food is outstanding. The waitress staff are... attentive and friendly. I recommend the seafood chowder! It was and still is worth the 1/2 hour drive! Read more
Food was good. As a chef I automatically find faults. If I visit Vermont again I may stop by again.
We love this place! We?re from Connecticut but every December we make a trip to Deerfield for Yankee Candle and diner at... Wolfie?s we?ve never been disappointed the staff is awesome, the food is great and the pies amazing. Every year it?s the samegreat food, great service, and great pie. Decent. I got the Jamaican jerk chicken and my girlfriend got a buffalo salad, my ?jerk chicken? was just chicken with bbq sauce... and my girlfriends buffalo salad had nothing buffalo about it. Wolfies is known for there free buttery popcorn that is servedbefore the food comes out however our very kind waitress informed us they no long serve popcorn. I had the highest hopes for Wolfie's. We have wanted to go for a long time. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The bloody... Mary was flavorless and watery. The wings were also flavorless and tasted off... and the poppers tasted like chemicals...notsure what that was about. We didn't eat them. I ended up getting sick when I got home. Read more
