Great place for good conversation great staff and outstanding coffee
I just have a quick question? why do you offer self service registers in your stores without properly educating your employees... on how to keep an eye on someone self scanning without accusing the customer of stealing, when they weren?t, in front of the 57people that she has in her register line? It?s extremely offensive to be accused of stealing something as inexpensive as aGatorade when I frequent that store regularly and have never stolen one thing from there. This woman didn?t know me from a holein the ground. There is no reason why she audibly should have done that especially in front of that many people. I?ll never goto that Cumberland farms ever again. The service there used to be very good but not anymore. Tried to get some coffee & it's all closed off. When l asked why, female... Cashier claimed in this very loudlbooming voice customers won't wear masks!! Which is not true because l go there 3x a WK &everyone wears masks so l honestly don't know what she's complaining about. She said that's the reason you can't buy ice coffeethere anymore so now l'll have to go elsewhere. Read more
I stopped into Cumbys today for an iced coffee. They were out of ice. But Claudia came out of nowhere opened a bag of ice and... distributed ice to all the customers who wanted a ice coffee. I've been going to this Cumberland farms for over a year now and the shorter woman with glasses during the early morning shift... was extremely rude after I asked to purchase a scratch ticket I placed my money on the counter and then she tossed my changeback at me and mumbled something derogatory and walked away. If you're going to be rude you probably shouldn't be in a customerservice. I definitely won't be stopping here every morning now.. Read more
Only 24 hr store gas station on cape... Thank You as a private plow company. Having a place to Re Gas if needed and get coffee... in middle of night this thi spot to go. Has public bathroom new building I clean,spacious, and coffee always fresh wit an arrayof foods to order can even call ahead. Freindly staff and clean public restrooms Citizens bank atm but beware citizens chargesyou even if citizen card. Overall I give 5 stars. Has everything and they do i right.. Easy in easy out on my visit. Plenty of gas pumps so usually easy to get your gas. Plenty to choose from in the little Cafe... they have in store. Read more
