After being closed for over 2 years, The Red Cottage reopened this May. Has not missed a beat. Had southwest omelet, great... combination of fresh ingredients without being overwhelmed by sauce. Others had French Toast and other egg dishes, all had thesame great culinary experience, when on The Cape won't miss a chance to eat here. Read more

Pretty good! It was very busy on a Thursday morning. We had to wait about 30 minutes at 9:30 a.m. . Once we got in it was good,... service was slow which is to be expected these days. We sat next to the window where the food came out so we saw what everythinglooked like. The French toast was amazing. Super thick slices, great custard. It came with the better part of a fruit bowl ontop. The bacon was phenomenal. They also have iced coffee which was a pleasant surprise. Cash only! Read more
Quaint restaurant with friendly staff. Had pancakes for breakfast one day & it was very good. Went back for a takeout lunch &... got 3 orders of the crab cakes & lobster bisque that we read about. The bisque was really good but sorry, thumbs down, on thecrab cakes. Very eggy tasting with very little crab taste at all. If we had dined in, would have sent the crab cakes back. Read more

Neglecting the 20 minute wait, this was a great breakfast experience. We have a different favorite breakfast place, but tried... this for a change. The cinnamon French toast was THE best I've ever had...in my life...and the beacon was delicious. Freshsqueezed OJ was a nice surprise. Service was also excellent. I'll go back, for sure. Read more
