Worst CX at a Starbucks to date. 3 ppl behind the counter and it takes them 5 minutes to take my order bc another customers card... isn?t going through. It's a Starbucks inside the busiest grocery store in the area, inside the biggest shopping center in the area. In season the... place is such a nightmare it isn't worth it. Update: Still busy and the lines can get ridiculous. And it isn't as good as areal Starbucks. Read more
