Sat at the bar and was never offered a refill on my drink and when I was ready to leave had to wait 5/10 minutes before the guy... returned my credit card because he was to engaged into a conversation with another person at the bar. The service was amazing and the restaurant had a great vibe to it. My server was Greg and he was very nice. I went out with my... family and my mom has a fish allergy but someone near us had ordered fish and she was feeling uncomfortable. Greg and the staffwere very kind about this and moved us away from the area so we could have a great experience. I really appreciate how seriouslythey took our concern and how hospitable they were towards me and my family. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Read more
Easton MA restaurant- arrived at around 1135 am and waited almost ten minutes to be seated. No one acknowledged us. There was... someone who walked in right behind us and went straight out back. The bar had people and staff and no one came to greet us.There were already two tables in the dining room with patrons so we know it was open. We left and won?t be back. I'M DONE WITH THIS PLACE. THIS PLACE HAS AN INCREDIBLE ABILITY TO DISAPPOINT ????. Went on Saturday night which is normally a... super busy night for a good restaurant but hardly anyone was there. Ordered the 26$ steak, lobster, shrimp special,, My friendgot chicken tenders and we got seafood stuffies. The Stuffies were more stuffing than seafood. The fry and corn sides wereboring and bland. My medium rare steak was soo overcooked you almost needed a miter saw to cut it. The waitress was fine but notexceptional. NO MANAGEMENT CAME BUY TO ASK HOW THINGS WERE. THEY WERE TOO BUSY IN THEIR FANCY HEADSET TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS!! Ihave much better experiences at 99's in Canton and Quincy. If you really need a 99 go to one of those locations cause this oneis a joke or better yet go to the Texas Roadhouse. These corporate places are supposed to know better. Went on Saint Patrick'sDay. The service was amazing. They were quick and killed it with perfect speed and satisfaction. I would go back anytime to eat and... the food was delicious well prepared and fully cooked. Love the space of the area and how they were very helpful where we neededit. They were great with personality and u could tell they weren't faking their good moods and were very respectful to us. This place has become an increasingly big disappointment. I'm not sure if there is new management, but this place is not what it... once used to be. The food is always hit or miss. There are times the food is great, but plenty of bad experiences too. Below isa picture of a "salad" of some sort. I don't know if the kitchen was trying to be fancy, but I've never had a salad that lookedlike this at any 99 restaurant in New England. It was terrible. Train your wait staff to be more attentive too. The service isusually pretty bad... unless you're at the bar. Read more
