I am so disappointed with the meal tonight. The waitress messed up our order. We had to correct her several times about what... we ordered. I ordered shrimp tempura Maki. My friend ordered several different sushi but it all came out on one plate which Ithought was her order. I asked the waitress about my shrimp tempura Maki but she didn't check on it. Turns out, it was all onthe same plate. So I ate what I thought was my order. Mines wasn't fully cooked shrimp tempura but was raw tuna. I cannot eatraw fish for health reasons. We also ordered seaweed soup with shrimp but got miso soup instead. The only thing I liked wasthe salad with ginger dressing. Last time I ate there, the food and service was good. Seems things have gone downhill there. Too bad. I should've just ate at home tonight. Read more

The food was amazing! Definitely get the teriyaki beef, it's a game changer. Sushi was delicious.

The people of Easton deserve better. Easily one of the most underwhelming restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. It... started with the cramped spacing and the cook wiping down our table with a not so clean rag that carried a smell for theremainder of our meal. I asked the waitress what drinks they had and she just pointed at the menu. I will say that as small asit was, my plate was good which is why I added an additional star. I've had sushi at many different places and the customerservice here was by far the least warm and welcoming. It felt as though they just wanted to get back to whatever they were doingand I was inconveniencing them. Food is highly highly overpriced for the bite sized portions you get as well. I've never hadsushi so small and it was brought out on one plate. I love leaving glowing reviews for restaurants because many deserve therecognition especially during times like this. Cafe Hayashi isn't one of those places and it's not even close. Read more

The Korean beef bulgogi and the bibimap were terrible. They did not cook or use anything that would make this anything near or... close to the Korean dish. Will not be eating at this place ever again. Read more

I have come here for a few years now and it is one of my favorite spots. This family knows how to treat you like family. I came... in for healing bowl of soup and some awesome sushi and I got exactly what I came for. I cannot recommend this place anymorehighly.
