Went in to get breakfast at about 930. No one to be found in the kitchen. Finally I see people on their cell phones. One guy who... appeared to be 95% still asleep came to the counter. The frosty machine is never in operation at the South Easton location. I called the restaurant around lunch time on a Saturday... day to ask why and the guy who answered the phone said I don?t know what you are talking about and hung up on me. And so Icalled back to get an answer and he refused to answer the phone. The phone just kept ringing and ringing till the calldisconnects. So I never got the answer as to why the Frosty Machine at this location is always down. All my co-workers willagree. It would be nice to hear from Corporate regarding this matter. I work in customer service and I would never hang up onsomeone for a question I did not have the answer to or tell that customer to never call my establishment again! Read more
ordered doordash, ordered two frostys and a combo meal plus a kids meal. Didn't get my frostys and instead of apples in the kids... meal i got fries and two nuggets when there should've been four. this location is the worst one ive been too, ive never had anissue with any of the others. ive noticed when i do walk in orders its all teenagers screwing around they're super rude and totally gone down in service. I live 4mins from the Easton Wendy's. I don't order food from this Wendy's because it's awful at this location, but I will get... frosty's. The last 3 times I have gone including tonight the frosty machine is down, I am told. I will not attempt to try thisWendy's again, I will continue making the drive to the Taunton location instead. Very small amount of meat on sandwich. Also meat was overcooked. This wasn't the first time in noticing the same situation. I... consider McDonald's a superior quality of sandwich. Former employee at this Wendy?s and I want to say the management at this place is absolutely terrible. They don?t know how to... treat their employee, they don?t know how to manage their jobs correctly and they abuse their power in the work environment.Anyone applying to work here I 100% do not recommend unless your very willing to deal with the disrespect and misconduct theyhave in that work environment. The GM Augusto is the worse of them all with his abuse of power, the unfairness and the lack ofcommunication with his employee is absolutely absurd. Will never show my face in this Wendy?s again.
