This McDonald's is really slow and they do not acknowledge you when you enter and go to the counter I waited 9 minutes before I... said something to them. It would have been a 5 star review! However! The Team Leader (Manager) today 7/26/22 @9:50am is the most rude unprofessional... employee!!!! Ugh!! Makes me cringe! Macdonald?s please be more delicate on who you promote or hire as Team leaders!! There is anew hire at the location. I have seen him getting trained a couple days before. So, I get to the window to get my food he isvery polite! He asked me if my order was a coffee and I said no, I proceeded to tell him my order he turns around and asks hisManager! And she proceeds to yell at him telling him not to get that order that she needs it! To look at the monitor and blahblah blah!! Raising her voice at him!! No other employee helped him out!! The staff here is what I consider the laziest in Los Angeles. There were no customers in the shop. They saw me waiting for a... long time. And no one came to help me order. This McDonald's is good, I tried the spicy barbeque glazed tenders and they weren't bad. They weren't really spicy, and they... didn't have a strong barbeque taste either. Somewhere in the middle that left you wanting a little more in the flavor catagory.The Big Mac was good, just like any other big mac. No complaints. Read more
