I have been going to this Starbucks since I moved to El Monte ONLY because it?s the closest to my house. I believe the girls... name was Ari she was always at the window very nice and outgoing but I believe she is no longer there since I never see her butthe girl working window now literally always rude never seems to be in a good mood literally she needs to be placed far awayfrom interacting with customers. I am always polite with thank you have a nice day and she just never interacts back or justlaughs and goes about her business like I get it Starbucks is fast paced but the least you could do is interact or respond witha positive your welcome, have a good one etc Read more
I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and this location had messed it up by forgetting the brown sugar or cinnamon, this is... not the first time it has happened. They'll normally remake it not an issue. This time they handed it back to me like this.Wanted to charge us extra to fill it to the line it was at before.
