I went there today during my lunch for a promo code I had. The burger was delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the... manager. It looked like the girl in the drive thru was training and was unable to scan my code. The manager looked bothered andtook over. During that process he said to another employee "help the girl out" like she did something wrong. If he's a managerclearly he should deal with situations in a better way, not in front of customers. The poor employee I'm sure is just trainingand that "girl" has a name. Talk about being rude, if he was my manager back in the day I would've quit on the spot. No need tobe rude to your employees! I went to the location in El Monte for a salad. I was very disappointed in the presentation and the ahi was hard and terrible! ... It was made very sloppy and they forgot my avocado and the drive thru cashier handed me the avocado with filthy hands that hadbeen touching several other orders and when she handed my order the bag was greasy from her hands.
