Amazing food and amazing service. We had BBQ on Wheels for our small outdoor wedding for a small group of around 20 people.... Plenty of food and everything was delicious. Our company picnic would not have been a success if we didn't hire bbq on wheels. What is the one thing people complain about at... a company function is the food is bad. Wow the real deal. We had a backyard party with 50 people for our son?s ?local? wedding reception, and it was so easy from start... to finish. Everybody raved about the barbecue. We?re talking people from Chicago, Nashville, North Carolina, Texas - people whoknow BBQ. Everyone thought it was among the best they?ve had. We had the ?Southern BBQ?- pulled pork, beef brisket, bone inchicken, corn, bbq beans, slaw, hot dogs for kids. The pulled pork was spot on. The brisket was the best. The chicken wasbeautifully done, would ask to cut it into eighths not quarters next time. Way more food than we really needed, excellentleftovers to send home with friends to enjoy for days. Incredible value. The chef Armando was wonderful and came out exactly ontime and worked for hours cooking the barbecue, asked us exactly how we wanted everything done, did a beautiful job setting upthe food tables, and made sure everybody was happy. We had BBQ on Wheels for our vow renewal at the park and I could not be happier with their service. From the start Sara was... really easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions quickly, was really accommodating and set my mind at ease overany concerns. The day of everyone was on time, efficient and polite. The party ran so smoothly and everyone loved the food! Thepulled pork was perfect, cheesecake squares were thick and fluffy and they even had hotdogs for the kids! I can't recommend themenough! BBQ on wheels catered our wedding. Given the current situation with Covid we could only do a small gathering at our house for... our wedding. I spoke to Joanne and Sara who promptly gave us a estimate for the date we needed them on. We were able to quicklylock in our date. On the day of the event Jesus and Josefina arrived to cook for us on-site with their mobile grill station. From the beginning they were super nice and made us feel at ease about the whole process. They worked with us to cater to ourneeds and ensure the food came out when we needed it. The food they served was a hit with everyone at the wedding. We had thebeef brisket, beef ribs, and BBQ chicken. All of the food was delicious. They served the food to our guests and ensuredeveryone was happy. I am thankful for all the people that work at BBQ on wheels who helped make our special day even better. I hired BBQ on Wheels to cater my wedding. It could not have been a better decision. We, and all of our guests, were absolutely... blown away by the food. Getting every set up for our big day was a breeze, prices were fair, food was delicious, what else couldyou possibly ask for? Gale and Alexa were awesome to work with and handled everything so we could enjoy our day without worryingabout how food. We had prime rib which Gale expertly cut and served to each of our guests.
