Zero stars doesn't deserve not even 1 star! Poor service and wings suck!!! Worse buffalo wild wings ever been to. Server was... terrible, my wings were cold, my husbands were salty and wrong rub. Sever never checked on table and had to chase down to getcheck. Mangers did comp the wings, and apologize for her server. However the mangers should have fired her server sincecustomers have previously complained about same servers poor/lack of service provided several time. Read more

I will literally drive to Schaumburg or the Hoffman location before I EVER order from here. I ordered the 15 bogo and asked if... they can be extra crispy b/c their wings are ALWAYS soggy if I don?t. The containers they use now are nice in a way, it allows you to see your wings when ordering pick up. However I don't love the... vent holes on the back as it allows heat to escape quickly. Read more
I'm very disappointment in the serving size and quality of the Buffalo Mac n cheese I received today. The portion size didn't... even cover the bottom of the container and the chicken was severely overcooked and dry. Avoid ordering this from their menuunless you don't mind wasting $11.99 of your money. Read more
I ordered 12.00 worth of food and with the delivery, service fees and taxea...plus they want a tip it was almost 22. I live 5... mins away. Next time will do pick up. Read more
