Literally just bought a #14 Bootlegger Sandwich from this location and it came with no Roast Beef and I didn?t say, ?No, Roast... Beef? lmao. Not sure what Jimmy Johns is up too but something so easy (which is the reason why I prefer Jimmy John?s over otherSandwich places), should not be overlooked. Update- 09.01.2021. Still love this place. No issues at all! My orders have been accurate and delivery is speedy! :) Every food... place has it up and downs on performance and because I know that and work in the customer service industry obviously mistakeswill happen but its OK! I love JJ and their #5. Delivery is also never a problem for me during lunch time or any other times Ihave delivered. They are normally fast and accurate with orders. I would give this site a 0 if I had to. Manager wants to throw away good food instead of comping her mistake when ordering a... slim and getting regular size. Wont provide the receipt. Jerk "Manager." I ordered my husband's lunch online today, to be delivered to his job. He had no phone and ordering from JJ is... usually so easy and convenient so I thought it was the best choice for him. My husband was calling me asking what time his foodwas being delivered a while after I had scheduled the delivery. I checked the app and the order was marked as delivered. Icalled the restaurant and the person who answered didnt even let me finish my sentence before asking me to slow down and speakclearly. So I did. He still interrupted me mid sentence and told me to speak up. And when I did this guy starts yelling tellingme I'm not speaking clearly, too fast and that I'm shouting over him.I started getting upset... mind you I'm also at work inbetween seeing patients. And this guy is being rude. I asked to speak to the manager and this guy says he is the generalmanager. So there was no hope in resolving my issue. Read more
Got Food Poisoning. My friend and I bought two number sixes and ate them. Sandwiches seemed fine when we ate them, but almost... exactly a day later we both started to vomiting. This continued multiples over night for both of us. The next day I went to thedoctor and was diagnosed with food poisoning and we knew it came from jimmy johns because that was the only meal my friend andI shared and we both received food poisoning around the same time. Ordered at 12:01pm it is now 1:16pm and still no delivery . I called the store and I was told they only have one driver and they... are slammed and wasn?t able to tell me when the food would arrive .
