You can?t beat the monthly sip club deal at Panera Bread. All the coffee, tea, or any of the self serve cold drinks for just... about $10 per month. I love this place! Always friendly, helpful staff. A mediocre Panera. Have some trouble with 50% of our orders. Sandwiches are sloppily made, salads are wet and lacking. Never... feel fully satisfied with my order, doesn?t feel like the good quality that Panera used to have. Serving sizes are definitelydefinitely smaller than before. Feels like cheap fast food sometimes. People at the counter are usually sweet though. I thinkthe management is to blame. Does management in this particular Panera enjoy bad reviews or do they just not care? They take your money and give you nothing... in return. This place is nothing but terrible. Second time I?m picking up to go order there and 2nd time is terrible. Sandwichlooked and tasted like it was half day old. Even a baguette was old. Seriously?!?!? No butter with the baguette. Staff notpleasant. Sorry. Pick another Panera if you must. A few months later?. Another pick up, and still the same. A salad with hardlyany salad?! Let me start off by saying I order from Panera 3-4x a week In crystal lake with no problem. This Panera in particular is awful.... Everytime I order from them there is a problem. I don?t know if they have any common sense at all but as you can see that is NOTa 20 oz coffee, which I pay $5 for? they give me a small EVERYTIME I order a large. And I was even told by staff ?no that?sdefinitely 20 oz? okay then you obviously can?t see right. And the disrespect how my sandwhich was made was unreal. Justingredients thrown on top and half my sandwhich falling apart when I just started opening it up? they don?t even cut up theAvocado they might as well just give me a whole one. Nice Panera that was built for the modern day order. They had a nice order pickup area, a drive through, and kiosks. The food... came out relatively quick and tasted as panera food should. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. I just felt like Isaw many employees chatting amongst each other and standing around. Read more
