Hey, thank you Akahlea for working tonight. You had a huge line and I know you were doing your absolute best to serve customers... as quickly as possible . It was 11:00 pm and there was a huge rush of people and you stayed cool, stayed kind, gave suggestionsfor replacements of things your store ran out of. This is the best service I have ever seen at a DD/BR. While some people mayhave gotten frustrated with the long wait on the drive through, I am sure they did not know the whole story of why it wait wasso long. And you were not the reason for it. Don?t go to this store!!!! The employees are super slow and you?ll be in the drive thru line forever. Their owner needs to teach... them customer service and even fire them. They?re making a joke out of this store and are probably working under the influence. Read more
This place is so bad.I went in the drive thru at first and waited for about 25 minutes,then decided to park and go into the... store.And the staff are so ghetto being on their phone talking to things not even work related and cussing in front of littlekids.I left at 6:00pm.when I got home it was 8:45 just for five items.Do not go to this store. So I was just here on a Friday night. And there?s a long line. So I waited about 45 minutes to an hour just to get my milkshake.... I get to the window and I asked why the long wait. There are 5 to 7 workers that are flashing their their fingernails and theirhair and they?re laughing. I only see probably one or two of them actually working. Not one of them said sorry for the wait. Andthen when I did say some thing the girl acted like oh I thought you were DoorDash . If I was a DoorDash or I would refuse toactually come to a long line. So this is a very unprofessional very unethical unethical And needs to work on their customerservice skills and then the milkshake dropped in my car all over the seat I tried to get the girls attention but she didn?treally care. It's a very popular place on a hot day. Had the Charlie drink and it was pretty tasty. I didn't enjoy having to wait in the... driveway for so long but hey everyone had the same idea. The workers seen rather organized and it wasn't that bad andexperienced everyone was polite and thorough. One problem though they didn't have the frozen iced tea drinks which were on themenu so that was a bit of an issue but they had a pretty big menu and a lot of other selections. Read more

I ordered from the Dunkin menu. The wait was incredibly long, workers were friendly. Out of maple sugar bacon snackers, got the... sweet pepper ones and they were good. Got the pineapple mango coconut milk refresher. It was good, but barely tasted pineapple.There is just a mango refresher and I think they made that by mistake. I didn't get a receipt so there is no way to see what Iwas given versus what I ordered. Read more
