I waited in the drive-thru line for more than twenty minutes, because my mom wanted a Whopper, and she hasn't been feeling well,... so I had to get her that Whopper. So, I waited in line, saw two employees come out with signs to tape on the drive-thru speaker,and when I finally got to the speaker after almost a half hour in line, it says that their broiler is broken, so they're onlyselling fried foods. Now, at no time did any employee bother to come speak to anyone waiting in that slow moving line so thatwe wouldn't waste our time waiting for nothing. When I tried to ask the person taking orders why no one had said anything tothose of us waiting in line, she immediately began raising her voice to me and yelling over me. She got am immediate attitudeand I was just asking her a question. She did it several times until I was finally able to ask her, then she sarcastically saidshe could come out and talk to everyone then, since that was so important to me. Clearly, she was very comfortable speaking to acustomer like this and had no expectation of consequences for her behavior, so I can only expect that this is the acceptedatmosphere. Customer service is clearly not a priority at this location, and neither is civility or common sense. Read more

The app doesn?t work. We ordered food on the mobile app and they claimed they didn?t have the order even though we had an email... confirmation of the order with the restaurants address. They wouldn?t give us the food. They need to fix they?re app. If youcomplain to corporate they give you a $5 coupon which doesn?t work either Read more

If you're going to close your location early turn off the ability for customers to order through the mobile app. I paid ahead... for my order only to get there and find the restaurant closed. Seriously? Please think of the community. Imagine someone in adifferent financial position than me getting to the restaurant finding it closed when they've spent their last $20 and now haveno dinner?
