I order here very often. I walk in and I order online. The service is sub par 99.999% of the time. I order it for pickup, they... don't start making it until after I get there at or after the specified time. I order delivery, it's 20 minutes late or missingentire parts of the order. I stand in line and watch the employees talking or sitting on their phones instead of helping getorders out. I don't think it's an employee problem though. I 100% believe this place is very mismanaged and either is poor atscheduling employees or is constantly under staffed. Read more

Dining room was closed and customers were waiting while the staff joked around. Also saw employees spraying cleaning fluids in... close proximity to uncovered salsa. Won't ever recommend this Chipotle. Read more

If I could give a lower review, I would. Hygiene from staff, portion size, actively being ignored while ordering. I hate to... give poor reviews, but if it was one thing- I wouldn't care. It was multiple things that just constituted the review. The staffshaking the hand of a customer then proceeding to serve food without gloves, giving me 1/3 the portion size for all of our foodbut still having us pay full price ($17-ish dollars for 2 very pathetic looking burritos), and more. Was out of lettuce andonly proceeded to inform me, and anyone else, after I was mostly through with my order (and mentioned lettuce would be onit) It was a really a poor experience while in there and I'd never come again. At 5:30 on a Friday evening (after standing in line for 5 minutes), a employee announced they were completely out of chicken.... Who ever is the owner should be angry, and whomever did the ordering should be fired or retrained. Went to Legacy Village andgot the best service ever. Won't ever return there or Harvard. Worst two so far. Read more

Someone help this poor store, they need it. This location is always a shambles. Staff is disorganized or absent, the place is a... mess, they're always out of ingredients. I understand that there are labor shortages and supply chain issues right now, andthese can be valid reasons for less-than-ideal performance. Still, Chipotle corporate needs to intervene and give the staff herethe leadership they need to run a better ship. They can do it! Help them! Read more

Definitely just do whatever they want here. I'm not picky, I'll pretty much eat anything. I asked for light tomatillo sauce and... they absolutely doused it all over. It was so miserably spicy and hot, I could barely eat it. Basically did the completeopposite of what I asked for my order. Light lettuce instead of extra, lemonade instead of iced tea etc. Tiny, tiny portionstoo. This location sucks. Read more

Can I give it 0 stars? These are the two Burrito Bowls that we received for dinner tonight via GrubHub. I do not recommend... anyone going to this Chipotle. Tried to call to speak with someone at the restaurant and no one answered the phone. Read more

My experience was good. The staff very patient. The manager was attentive to staff food was fresh portions was more than enough.... Wish I could've tipped only had large bills! Read more
