This restaurant location does not honor the corporate restaurant dining-in hours located on the door. I called to ask about the... discrepancy and was told that the hours change every day, and this location is knowing okay with the hours on the door beinginaccurate. This is also frustrating for DoorDash delivery, because it requires that the delivery person wait in line to pickup the order. I would be less frustrated if there was a sign to let the public know that the hours at this location are custom.Instead, this is very confusing and frustrating to stumble upon. Read more
Worst location ever. I got charged twice after ordering on the all. Claimed my payment did not go through and it did so I paid... again!! On top of that your drive thru girl is rude as heck and should not work in customer service! I work in a restaurant andthat behavior would not fly! This McDonald's has been the best one my husband & I have gone to since living in Cleveland. They have consistently made our... orders correct and timely. We don't go often maybe ..once a month specifically for milkshakes &frappes and have only been toldonce the machine was down with that being said it was very late at night, like 11pm. They're also very good about our foodorder.. anytime we go it's great. Fries are 50/50 on being extra hot but I also based that around the time of day and if theyhaven't been super busy. .
